Video Deposition

Standard rate of $80.00 per hour from start to end of deposition.

Minimum charge of $160.00 for cancellations and depos under 2 hours.

Time and a half after 8 hours and on weekends and holidays.

1 VHS original copy of deposition included in hourly fee

Videographer will arrive at least 45min. prior to start of the depo.

Transcript Synchronization

DVD or CD: $140.00 per tape (2 hours)

Expedite

One or two day expedite will be charged at 100% depo fee.

Three to five day expedite will be charged at 50% depo fee.

Normal turn-around is 7 to 10 days
