My equipment for depositions consists of a state of the art digital camera. I master on DVD and simultaneously record a VHS or S-VHS original tape. I shoot Mini-DV for site inspections and other location work. For audio I utilize tie-clip lavalier and boundary microphones connected to a high end audio mixer. So audio for a room full of lawyers and their clients is no problem for me to record. To verify I offer my clients the highest level of service, I hold the CLVS certification given by the NCRA and I am also a Notary Public.
